Who We Are
Tribe Getaways was created by Lauren Oliver, ex corporate lawyer and Founder of Mums Who Wine. After running getaways and retreats across Australia and Bali for Mums Who Wine she saw how important these getaways were for a woman’s mental health but equally important in building/strengthening friendships and community. To bring a group of women together is powerful.
For the woman to know that she doesn’t have to organise a thing - is game changing. And that is exactly what Tribe Getaways is - a game changer. Open to all women, not just mums! So grab your tribe together and let’s do this!
At Tribe Getaways we carefully curate and organise an incredible getaway for you and your tribe. This is an all inclusive getaway* that will take the stress and hassle out of organising a trip away with your friends.
All we require is a minimum of 8 women and we will do the rest. Maximum 20, however we can always adjust our getaways if you want more!
Our Getaways are open to all women! Not just mums. Tribes that we love to bring together on our getaways include:
Bestie groups;
Mums groups;
Social clubs;
Charity organisations (Discounts provided);
Birthday Celebrations.
And much more!
*Flights not included.
Whilst we try to include as much as we can, there may still be some additional expenses that will need to be covered (i.e. extra drinks, additional food if required).

Why we are different…
On every girls trip there is always the “organiser”, the group decision maker, the chief GPS navigator, the playlist creator and the list goes on. At Tribe Getaways we want to ensure that EVERY woman is relaxing and filling her cup to overflow. This is where we are different as we:
Organise ALL of the details of the getaway (excluding flights), so you just need to pack and show up;
Included in your price is your own private Tribe Getaway Host! This is not an awkward tour guide in a polo shirt who stands in the background, but either Lauren or a member of her team! She will relax and party alongside you while making sure the cocktails are flowing, the playlist is epic and that your group are having the best getaway ever. She will be your point of call, organise transport, keep the group on schedule (we know women sometimes take awhile to get ready!) and will liaise with all of the venues and activities throughout the getaway so you don’t have to do a thing;
All of the venues and activities are hand selected by Lauren. She does not include places that will offer the “best deal”, but those who will offer the best experience;
You and your tribe have a choice with some of the restaurants and activities so we can tailor it to your group. Or you can just leave it to us!
Tribe Getaways was birthed out of Lauren witnessing the incredible impact of her Mums Who Wine Getaways and creating a space for a group of mums to meet and connect. However connecting with your own tribe and having time together is just as important. Whether it’s your besties from high school, school mums, or social groups – Lauren wanted to create a space for all women to enjoy an incredible getaway.
